Water Main Project
The Town of Richey is currently working on a water main replacement project to address leakage, breaks and replace aging water mains. The projects shown here are critical to achieving that goal. The information provided on this page will provide all relevant information regarding the improvements to the Town's water infrastructure.

- Richey Low-to-Moderate Income = 64%
Phase 02: Potential Schedule
Schedule is dependent on funding strategy:
- MCEP Funds available in July, 2023.
- DNRC / RRGL Funds available in July, 2023.
- SRF Funds available in 2023.
- Engineering Design = 3 Months
- DEQ/RD Review = 3 Months
- Bidding = 1 Month
- Construction = Up to 4 Months. Done in Summer, 2024-2025.
