Annual Budget

The Town of Richey's Annual Budget outlines both revenue and expenditures that are expected to be received and paid out during the coming fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).  The budget represents the Council / Mayor's policy and spending priorities.  It includes not only day-to-day income and expenses (e.g., utility receipts from customers or the Town's electric bills) but also longer-term investments to improve the Town's infrastructure and to strengthen its finances (e.g., the water main replacement project and capital/operating reserves).  The Town of Richey's Annual Budget is a vital instrument for accurately managing the Town's cash flow and for effectively sustaining its ongoing financial health.
