Call 811 Before You Dig

Montana811.org is available for the public to understand and use the “Call Before You Dig” or the “One-Call” System which has been set up to prevent damage to people, property and underground facilities. Best of all? It’s FREE!

To request a locate of underground facilities in your excavation (dig) area simply dial 811 or if you are calling from outside of Montana or having difficulties using 811, dial 800-424-5555. Or if you are a homeowner or DIY’er and prefer to submit a request online go Homeowner Online Request.
